Mr Justice Floyd will announce the ruling of the High Court case tomorrow at 10:30am.

RBS have claimed that Tom Hicks and George Gillett have broken terms of the contract by trying to sack Ian Ayre and Christian Purslow from the board to replace them with loyal employees to them.

Hicks and Gillett agree that they have broken these terms, but argue that they felt they had to after being denied involvement in the negotiations over potential deals and the lack of exploration by the board to bring in a better price for the club.

Martin Broughton, along with Ayres and Purslow, claim that the Americans simply refused to take part.

This has become silly and an embarassment to English football

There is so much money around these days that no club needs to go into administration

Certainly not one of the biggest
